MY STORY
From functioning to real change
Before working as a therapist, I spent many years in a very structured, traditional professional life. I know from personal experience the balancing act between functioning, high expectations, responsibility, and simultaneously experiencing inner stress.
The move into psychotherapeutic work and coaching was a conscious decision for me: away from simply "persevering," towards genuine inner change, both in myself and in the people I work with.
In my sessions, you'll find a space where you don't have to justify yourself or diminish your abilities. Together, we'll explore your story, your patterns, and your strengths – clearly, systematically, with compassion, and a touch of humor.
Methodologically, as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy online, I primarily work with cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic approaches, body-oriented elements such as breathwork and Yin Yoga, and, if you wish, Human Design as a reflection tool for decisions and self-understanding.

WHY I UNDERSTAND ADHD
My own ADHD diagnosis at 52
A major turning point in my life was my own ADHD diagnosis as an adult in 2025, at the age of 52. Suddenly, many old patterns made sense: this constant "too sensitive, too much, too colorful, too different".
Instead of simply being "somehow wrong", my experience was given a name, and with it new possibilities to treat myself more lovingly and to structure my everyday life differently.
This experience directly informs my work: I know what it feels like to ask yourself for years, "What's wrong with me?" and how liberating it can be to finally understand yourself.
